The Beginning
Hotsy pressure washers have been a trusted name in industrial cleaning equipment since their inception in 1970. The first Hotsy pressure washers were sold in Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. In 1972, Dan Layden began selling Hotsy, and in 1980, Bill Isler purchased the distribution rights for Wisconsin, operating under the banner of Hotsy of Wisconsin. In 1985, Bill changed the company name to Hotsy Cleaning Systems, Inc.
Over the years, Hotsy Cleaning Systems grew by merging with other cleaning companies, resulting in multiple locations across Wisconsin. Today, Hotsy Cleaning Systems has locations in Delafield, Green Bay, Eau Claire, and beyond.
In 1976
Rob Wurzel began his career with Hotsy Cleaning Systems as a shop mechanic under Dan Layden's leadership. At just 13 years old, Rob was promoted to Road Service Technician and continued with the company when Bill purchased it.
Rob's extensive experience and dedication to the company led to him serving in many roles, including product support and service manager, before ultimately purchasing the company from Bill in 2012.

Our main showroom is located in Delafield, WI at 3558 Hillside Drive, and we have shops in Green Bay, WI, at 2799 Allied Street and near Eau Claire at S. Prairie View Rd. Stop by any of our locations to see an assortment of cleaning equipment, detergents, accessories, and rentals. Or, you can drop off your existing equipment for repair.
